Case Study: Rio 2016
RGS Events was engaged as a Sponsor, Lead Supplier and Project Manager for FF&E at the Rio 2016 Olympic & Paralympic Games. We provided over 600 x 40' Containers of FF&E for the event including 120,000+ Steel Barriers, 75,000 Folding Chairs, 20,000 Beds/Wardrobes/Bedside Tables amongst 250+ SKU's.
We also embedded a Project Management team within the Organising Committee to help manage the Athlete's Village and Press VIllage Bump In and Out operations.
